Contracts Aircraft Delivery Coordinator (Associate or Experienced)
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Aircraft Delivery Coordinator (Associate or Experienced) to join the BCA Contracts Operations organization based in Everett, WA.
An opportunity to join BCA Contracts as a Delivery Coordinator does not come up often. This is a highly experienced and specialized team within our organization.
In this role you will be a key member of the Aircraft Delivery Team and will be primarily based out of Boeing's Everett Delivery Center (EDC). You will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating, tracking, and responding to multiple aspects of the aircraft delivery process. This position will include contractual research, document drafting, disseminating key data to airline customers and across multiple internal organizations, and organizing and retaining documentation that is vital to our aircraft delivery processes.
This selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining business processes and data integrity. The successful candidate must have the ability to balance the Boeing Company's priorities and values while also maintaining strong relationships with interfacing organizations and internal customers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Creates, coordinates and validates contractual business documents and related information in support of Commercial Aircraft Deliveries
- Interfaces with internal organizations, airline customer representatives, external law firms, financial institutions and government agencies to obtain delivery specific information to complete business transitions
- Tracks and records data in business systems and maintain complete documentation per established policy
- Develops organizational procedures and accurately document processes
- Develops and generates ad-hoc and standard metrics and reports in support of program/project performance monitoring
- Coordinates with Information Technology (IT) and internal groups to identify and resolve computing systems problems and recommend improvements
- Conducts system testing
- Consents to Cape Town registry interests as they pertain to airplane and engine assets
- Performs well in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive schedules
- Supports ad hoc delivery document requirements sometimes occurring after-hours and on weekends
- Supports the Seattle Delivery Center when needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and understanding contractual documents
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience being detail-oriented with a desire to learn and understand upstream and downstream processes
- Experience with contract structures, contracting systems, and related functional process/systems
- Experience working with a team and Stakeholders
- Experience as a Notary Public
- Ability to be adaptable and proactive
- Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $78,200 - $105,800
Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
