Summary: Administers contracts and subcontracts using established procedures in order to develop, preserve and fulfill the Company's contractual rights and obligations and assists in contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment and production costs.
- Reviews performance requirements ensuring contract is in accordance with legal requirements and customer specifications.
- Structures contractual terms to company business strategy.
- Initiates internal documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Monitors company performance on routine contractual obligations.
- Originates all company correspondence of contractual significance.
- Compiles and maintains all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Inputs required data into the Contracts Database.
- Negotiates terms and conditions.
- Negotiates non-disclosure and teaming agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or five years' experience in contract negotiations to include Cost and Fixed Price contracts.
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Above average skills in Excel.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $75,608 to $88,608 annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
