This Opportunity

As a Contract Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting WSP's newly created North American Contracts Centre of Excellence (COE). You'll work with talented colleagues across Canada and the United States, contributing to transformative infrastructure, environmental, transportation, property, and energy projects.
This role supports all business sectors and gives you the chance to influence contract strategy at scale while growing your expertise within a global leader.
Your Impact

In this role, you will:
  • Review, negotiate, draft, and interpret commercial contracts across multiple business sectors.
  • Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle with contract advice and risk assessment.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings with business stakeholders and clients.
  • Deliver training sessions (e.g., Contracts 101, Lessons Learned, Prompt Payment).
  • Review public and private RFPs and support preparation of service offers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal authorization matrices, corporate policies, and governance.
  • Draft, review, and continuously improve WSP's contract templates, standard clauses, and contracting frameworks, ensuring they reflect best practices and evolving industry standards
  • Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and AI-driven tools.
  • Contribute to a strategic function that is shaping the future of WSP's contractual processes across North America.
Who You Are

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $77,100.00 - $118,400.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
