Job Description- Signers provides quality checks and validation of complete contracts, end to end, before AT&T signatures by ensuring all pages are attached with no changes and follow the parameters of the technical process guide.
- Create manual CDRs in ROME and load to PCS by following the outlined AT&T process if contracts are not in ROME, eSign, signed and sent via email. Supports both Standard and Custom Contracts.
- With Standard Contracts, do quality checks and obtain countersignature. Perform countersignatures, auto load to Doc Viewer, and perform downstream handoffs where necessary when contract come via the ROME eSing process.
- Double check key requirements of a contract as checks and balances of the Contract Specialist and will sign the contract or engage the Contract Specialist to address any questions or concerns.
- With Custom Contracts, review for any inked changes, load to PCS for Customer approval from the CCDL/EDL/CDL who provides a stare and compare against the contract provided to the customer for signature and the one returned signature. Sign all but the following: in the case of wet signature, customer driven signature tool (DocuSign), AT&T signs first, and then the request is sent to an AT&T badged employee for AT&T signature.
- Previous experience as GCS Lead writing contracts preferable for spotting errors.
- Responsibilities may change as business needs dictate.
Mandatory Skills: Order Management(Comms).
Experience: 5-8 Years.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
