Overview
As a key member of our project team, you will provide strategic contracting guidance and support across onshore and offshore operations. Your insights will help safeguard project revenues, streamline contract execution, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Advise project managers on contract strategy to ensure all contractual risks are identified, evaluated, and mitigated
  • Prepare and review contractual correspondence exchanged with clients, partners, subcontractors, and authorities
  • Summarize contract matters including contract synopses, review reports, and obligations matrices, providing clear guidance for project teams
  • Monitor project deliverables, actively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage contractual and commercial issues related to changes, including preparing claims and negotiating with clients and partners
  • Participate in commercial strategic discussions, ensuring project objectives are met with sound contract practices

Must-Have Qualifications
