Required Skills:- Proven experience with troubleshooting automation systems in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to read and interpret ladder logic with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Hands-on experience in field automation support
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with fracking automation systems
- Familiarity with industrial control hardware beyond PLCs
- Basic understanding of instrumentation and process control
Preferred Education and Experience: - Technical diploma or equivalent in instrumentation, automation, electrical, or a related field
- Prior experience in oil and gas operations, particularly in hydraulic fracturing environments
- At least 2 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with industrial automation systems
Other Requirements: - Flexibility to work 14/14 schedule for non-locals or 7/7 for locals, with shift rotations switching from days to nights
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid certifications in instrumentation or automation-related fields are a plus
