Le responsable des contrats est principalement chargé de diriger les travaux liés aux propositions commerciales et de négocier des accords qui atteignent, voire dépassent, les objectifs de l'entreprise. Ce poste est placé sous la responsabilité du directeur des contrats.

Résumé des missions:

  • Collaborer avec les différentes fonctions de l'entreprise afin de garantir des réponses complètes, précises et rapides aux appels d'offres des clients, notamment ceux nécessitant des délais d'exécution courts
  • Préparer les estimations de coûts et les tarifications des propositions
  • Préparer la documentation destinée à l'examen interne et assurer la liaison contractuelle entre Safran et le client
  • Mener les négociations commerciales afin de conclure des accords qui atteignent, voire dépassent, les objectifs de l'entreprise en matière de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité
  • Élaborer et tenir à jour les catalogues de prix des produits
  • S'assurer que les commandes des clients reflètent fidèlement les prix, les conditions générales et les modalités négociés
  • Identifier les travaux hors périmètre et résoudre les litiges en cours avec le client
  • Analyser et communiquer les exigences contractuelles à l'équipe de programme et à la direction interne
  • Diriger le travail des gestionnaires de contrats, le cas échéant
  • Modifier les contrats existants et faire valoir auprès du client toute créance commerciale en souffrance.


Formation:

  • Licence en gestion d'entreprise ou équivalent.
  • Expérience: Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des contrats aérospatiaux ou des appels d'offres. Une expérience dans l'aménagement intérieur d'avions commerciaux ou une expérience équivalente est un atout.
  • Compétences informatiques: Maîtrise de Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel et Word ; capacité à créer des graphiques et des tableaux croisés dynamiques pour les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Une connaissance et une compréhension des fonctions et applications de base du MRP sont requises.
  • Autres compétences: Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orales, et capacité à analyser et à évaluer des propositions commerciales. Une expérience en négociation commerciale est requise.


The Contracts Manager is primarily responsible for leading commercial proposal efforts and negotiating settlements that meet or exceed company objectives. This position will report to the Director of Contracts.

Summary of Duties:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure complete, accurate, and timely responses to customer RFPs with quick turn-around requirements.
  • Prepare cost estimation and proposal pricing.
  • Prepare documentation for internal review and act as contractual point of contact between Safran and the customer.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to reach agreements that meet or exceed company sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and maintain product price catalogs.
  • Ensure customer orders accurately reflect negotiated prices, terms and conditions.
  • Identify out-of-scope work and resolve open claims with the customer.
  • Analyze and communicate contract requirements to the program team and internal management.
  • Direct the work of Contract Administrators, when applicable.
  • Amend existing contracts and pursue any past due commercial claims with the customer.


Education:

  • BS in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in aerospace contracts/sales proposal field. Experience in commercial aircraft interior or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Computer Skill: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; must be able to construct graphs and pivot tables for weekly/monthly KPI reports. Knowledge and understanding of basic MRP functions and applications is required.
  • Other Skills: Strong written and verbal skills and be able to analyze and evaluate business proposals. Experience in commercial negotiation is required.
