The Contract Lead Analyst plays a key role in managing pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts and amendments from initial request through execution. This position partners with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, and external clients or pharmaceutical manufacturers to coordinate contract development, review, negotiation support, approvals, and signatures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with pharmaceutical manufacturing contracting experience who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring contract compliance and accuracy.
What You'll Do- Manage the day-to-day contract and amendment process for assigned accounts.
- Draft, review, and coordinate contract-related documents.
- Support contract negotiations, legal review, and execution activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to obtain business and legal approvals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions and processes.
- Communicate contract requirements, timelines, and procedures to internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct contract reviews and provide support for Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, and Audit teams.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
- Assist with special projects and contract-related requests as needed.
Qualifications Required- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of healthcare contracting experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments to resolve contract issues and drive solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,200 - 118,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
