S³'s AED is seeking a Director of Missiles and Space to provide business capture, contracts management, proposal development, and program leadership in support of projects at our HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL.

This is not a telework position.

S³, Inc. has an immediate need for a Contract Analyst to provide support to our SHIELD program on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

This is not a teleworking position.

Description:

The Contract Analyst will be working with the SHIELD team and will oversee the analysis, review, and management of contractual agreements to ensure they meet both legal standards and business needs. Your responsibilities will include the assessment of contracts, negotiation of terms, and preparation of contractual documents. This role also requires maintaining precise records of contracts, overseeing their implementation, and providing ongoing support. The Contract Analyst is vital in ensuring adherence to contract specifications and facilitating efficient contract management operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Managing all stages of contract administration from initial award through to the final resolution of obligations.
• Creating, assessing, and prioritizing Contract Requirement Packages (CRP) to comply with customer deadlines and ensure alignment with the technical demands outlined in the Performance Work Statements (PWS).
• Offering guidance to management, senior engineers, and team members on the formulation of contract documents (Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Independent Government Estimates, evaluation criteria, etc.), following both new and existing regulatory frameworks and guidelines.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors' degree in any field with 10 years of experience, or a Masters' degree and 8 years of experience.
• Must have a Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain a clearance.
• At least five years of experience writing and providing expert services and leadership in the areas of Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, CDRLs, and Contract Requirement Packages.
• Prefer experience coordinating approvals within a project office and with internal staff, including government agencies.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite for analysis, research, and document management.
