This role focuses on strategy execution, organizational effectiveness, partner alignment, growth initiatives, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration. The primary purpose is to build a high-performing, growth-oriented professional services organization positioned for sustained long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Partner-in-Charge and Tax Leadership Team to execute Tax Vision 2030 and translate strategic priorities into measurable action.

  • Lead complex initiatives requiring coordination across practices, regions, industries, service lines, and stakeholder groups.

  • Help shape annual business plans, investment priorities, organizational design, resource allocation, and leadership succession strategies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on business strategy, enterprise leadership, and major organizational decisions.

  • Build alignment across regional and national leadership teams while promoting transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.

  • Facilitate collaboration among partners and leaders, resolve organizational friction, and expand the sharing of best practices and innovation.

  • Champion collaboration across Tax, Consulting, Audit & Assurance, and firmwide service lines to increase cross-selling and integrated client solutions.

  • Support go-to-market strategies, emerging capabilities, strategic pursuits, and enterprise-first growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
