Requirements Key Responsibilities: Serves as an expert-level contracts professional responsible for enterprise-wide contract strategy, policy development, and oversight of highly complex agreements. Advises executives on contractual risk, governance, and business implications while shaping contract administration standards across the organization. All roles at Signia are expected to support the company's operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization's business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus. Key Deliverables of the Position: 1) Lead enterprise contract administration strategy and governance practices. 2) Oversee and approve highly complex, high-risk, or strategically significant contracts. 3) Provide guidance to executives on contract obligations, exposure, and risk mitigation. 4) Develop and enforce enterprise-wide contract policies, standards, and best practices. 5) Lead implementation or enhancement of contract management systems and tools. 6) Represent the organization in key negotiations and external contractual discussions. 7) Supervise or guide contract administration staff and capability development. 8) Support enterprise decision-making related to contract governance and compliance. 9) Support new business opportunities and proposal preparation. 10) Provides recommendations to the company leadership regarding avenues for successful outcomes.
