This leader is responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement function and related activities in their plants. This leader ensures that their plant will successfully implement TRACC through Stage 3, work towards achieving plant CI objectives, and strengthen the plant’s E2E expertise in operational excellence. This leader will collaborate with the other plant functions to support plant CI needs.
Leadership Pilot Coordinator: Oversee leadership pilot activities at various sites, facilitating learning and modeling initiatives.
Implementation Plan Manager: Develop and own implementation plans for TRACC stages, ensuring progression and alignment with organizational goals.
Loss and Waste Management Specialist: Take ownership of identifying and reducing losses and waste within manufacturing sites.
ITF Coordinator: Implement Implementation Task Forces (ITFs) across sites to drive efficiency and process improvements.
PIP Project Manager: Drive Process Improvement Projects (PIPs) aimed at eliminating losses and enhancing operational efficiency.
Process Improvement Advisor: Review process improvements, analyze data, and provide recommendations for driving results.
Site Improvement Strategist: Develop strategies for continuous improvement at manufacturing sites, addressing operational challenges and driving performance enhancements.
Reliability Engineering Coach: Offer coaching and implementation support in reliability engineering and constraint management to optimize manufacturing processes.
Training and Documentation Standardizer: Standardize training materials and documentation for key processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Root Cause Analyst: Investigate deviations in key performance indicators, conduct root cause analysis, and address issues accordingly.
Operations Excellence Consultant Apply operations excellence principles and tools to drive improvements aligned with business strategies, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
