The ASRaymond Continuous Improvement Manager - M3 Data Integrity oversees the organization's operations continuous improvement strategy focused on improving ASRaymond's core business information relating to operations, supply chain, and procurement details. The Continuous Improvement Manager is a strategic leader responsible for improving the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of an organization's data assets to drive increased operational efficiency. This individual will bridge the gap between business and IT teams (internal and external), to lead programs that optimize processes while ensuring that M3 data is accurate and reliable enabling strategic decision-making. The primary goal is to drive efficiency through the operations value chain and ensure data consistency and accuracy within the M3 system and other systems utilized for day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Analyzing workflows to figure out how data is gathered and creating sustainable systems to improve them.
  • Data Quality Control: Monitor data quality metrics, perform data cleansing, and resolve inconsistencies, redundancies and systemic errors in the system.
  • Data Governance & Strategy: Develop and enforce master data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity across the enterprise.
  • System Integration: Oversee the mapping and integration of master data across IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, finance, supply chain and marketing to align data management practices with overarching business needs.
  • Metric & Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs to continuously track improvements in data accuracy and operational efficiency.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in operations, continuous improvement or data management with a strong understanding of Infor M3 ERP System.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in continuous improvement methods and M3 system knowledge.
  • Tool Familiarity: Experience using Infor M3 ERP system within a distribution business.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, change management, and communication skills to drive operational efficiency and M3 data accuracy improvements.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or information technology.
