  • Report on the progress of Plant initiatives and training sessions related to FOX.
  • Oversee Smart Factory and digital initiative deployments at the Plant.
  • Manage and develop personnel within the team, focusing on motivation and skill enhancement.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment through team and line managers.

About the Role:

We have a current opening for a Continuous Improvement Manager and are actively reviewing applications.

At Ferrero, the Continuous Improvement Manager lines performance improvement through the management and promotion of continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Leads Lean Manufacturing and C.I. initiatives roll-out for the Plant, actively acting as "change agent" with a continuous improvement mindset
• Partners with Plants stakeholders to define plans for Ferrero Operations Excellence (FOX) and C.I. initiatives deployment and trainings
• Partners with Plants leaders to support execution of FOX and C.I. activities at local level
• Coaches Plants referents on FOX and C.I. methodologies and their developments, leveraging on "train-the-trainer" concept, to ensure line functions full accountability on the implementation of performance improvement methodologies
• Consolidates and reports the progress of Plant initiatives, training sessions and audits linked to FOX and C.I.
• Leads Smart Factory and digital initiatives for the Plant, to ensure successful deployment
• Supports the execution of Smart Factory and digital initiatives at local level
• Consolidates and reports the progress of Plant initiatives linked to Smart Factory and digital initiatives
• Is accountable for managing people assigned, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development and empowerment
• Promotes proper communication and cascading through the line managers to the teams
• Recruits, manages, motivates, coaches and develops own team
• Guarantees Human Resources professional development, evaluating people and proposing development initiatives
• Assures the planning, management and control of all measures aimed at optimizing needs for personnel
• Assures the adequacy of Plant organizational models to Corporate strategies

About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
• 3-5 years of continuous improvement experience in an industrial environment
• Experience leading people and managing cross-functional projects and teams
• Proficient in budget planning, monitoring, and coordination
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, KPIs, and plant governance
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence and build alignment across all organizational levels
• Facility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

The base salary range for this position is $124,974- $166,632 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
