Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience with data analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or data visualization tools.
• Process mapping experience (e.g., Value Stream Mapping).
• Change management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
• Facilitate root cause analysis using tools such as Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive projects to improve KPIs such as cycle time, yield, scrap, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain).
• Train employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
