This leadership role offers the chance to lead compliance, operational resilience, and seamlessly integrating risk-aware decision-making into our workforce strategy.
What you'll Do
- Design and maintain a comprehensive risk framework covering compliance, co-employment, worker classification, supplier risk, and data/privacy.
- Conduct regular risk assessments across geographies, vendors, and worker types.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and co-employment guidelines.
- Partner with Legal to standardize contractor agreements and staffing contracts.
- Build and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Evaluate and monitor risks associated with staffing suppliers and partners.
- Build and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics dashboards.
- Lead investigation and resolution of risk-related incidents.
- Educate collaborators on risk policies and drive a culture of compliance.
What you need to succeed
- 7-10+ years of background in risk management, compliance, employment law, or contingent workforce programs.
- Extensive understanding of GLOBAL labor regulations and contingent workforce frameworks.
- Analytical approach with experience in risk modeling and reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in a large enterprise managing a global contingent workforce program, familiarity with MSP/VMS environments, and professional certifications such as CRM or CCEP.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,200 -- $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $170,200 - $246,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
