We're seeking a seasoned Contested Litigation Supervisor to direct and elevate the daily operations of our contested foreclosure, eviction, and litigation support teams. This is a crucial position designed for a forward-thinking, results-oriented captain who excels in a rapid-fire legal setting and is dedicated to precision, regulatory alignment, and premier client care. As the department's primary troubleshooting authority and operational cornerstone, you'll direct a skilled group of paralegals, legal aides, and administrative personnel while refining workflows, enhancing quality, and fostering ongoing advancement throughout the company.

What You'll Do

  • Departmental Management: Oversee the routine functions and task assignments of the disputed lawsuit division.
  • Escalation Resolution: Act as the main anchor for intricate dilemmas brought forward by clients, counsel, and internal departments.
  • Referral Assessment: Appraise and analyze incoming case assignments and heightened matters using sound analytical scrutiny.
  • SOP Maintenance: Draft, modify, and implement departmental protocols that match changing client, government, and sector standards.
  • Resource Optimization: Coordinate personnel levels, assignment distribution, and asset planning to reliably hit rigid target dates.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor critical metrics, quality indicators, and client evaluation sheets to guarantee top-tier execution.
