Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience ● 2–4+ years of experience in a creative or content marketing role, ideally with demonstrated capabilities in multimedia content creation. ● Demonstrated YouTube experience or knowledge, such as building, growing, or managing channels, or strong platform expertise, strongly preferred, with an interest in growing into greater YouTube strategy ownership over time. ● Prior experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment (agency or in-house preferred). ● B2B experience preferred, professional services exposure a plus. Skills & Competencies ● Showcase creative and strategic thinking through a curated portfolio of past work (personal or professional), highlighting visual storytelling, brand engagement, and channel growth across social platforms. ● Strong design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Rush), Canva, and CapCut. ● Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of social copy and branded content across different platforms. ● Adept at utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to accelerate process efficiency, and production workflows, and more. ● Social media channel management experience in platforms like Sprout, including scheduling tools and platform analytics. ● Proven ability to manage content calendars, plan campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional input. ● Experience with collaboration/project management platforms like Wrike. ● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Creative instincts paired with a strategic understanding of audience needs and platform dynamics. ● Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a growth-oriented approach to taking on new responsibility over time. #LI-EA1 #LI-Remote The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.
