We're looking for: A Content Marketer who will be responsible for creating high-value educational and engaging content tailored to doctors, practice managers, nurses, and private practice owners. We need a high-achieving and goal-oriented individual who will enable Nitra to deliver on an ambitious roadmap of innovative banking products.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing our multi-channel paid and organic campaign presence to build a strong top of funnel
>- Build experiments to deliver on Marketing metrics (ROI, open rates, etc.)
>- Using surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine channel strategy
>- Developing the customer communication strategy for the product
>- Working closely with stakeholders across the company to further hone messaging

You have:- 5+ years of Marketing experience
>- BA degree or equivalent practice experience
>- Direct experience in content or product marketing, growth or lifestyle marketing, or similar go-to-market positions
>- Background in B2B marketing, with experience in a highly regulated industry and a passion to help small to medium sized businesses succeed
>- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup
>- Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating poise and professionalism
>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
>- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
