The Social Media & Content Development Specialist develops, executes, and optimizes integrated content campaigns that support business objectives. The role serves as the day-to-day steward of the organizations social media presence, grows audiences among clients, prospects, and key stakeholders, and translates strategic priorities into impactful content and campaigns across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities - Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with business, marketing, industry, and communications objectives.
- Create campaign strategies, content plans, messaging frameworks, and channel-specific activation plans.
- Manage end-to-end execution, including planning, content development, publishing, community management, and reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively and on time.
- Identify opportunities to use emerging trends, platform features, and industry conversations to increase reach and engagement.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget oversight, creative coordination, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Community Management
- Manage social communities across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels such as Reddit and Substack.
- Grow North America audiences of clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor conversations, comments, mentions, and direct messages and ensure timely, professional engagement.
- Develop scalable approaches that enable employees to become brand advocates.
- Build relationships with followers, customers, advocates, and influencers.
- Monitor and escalate sensitive issues, coordinating responses with communications, legal, the global social team, and business stakeholders.
- Foster meaningful dialogue and active online communities that support brand objectives.
- Content Development & Editorial Management
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, subject-matter experts, and executives to develop compelling content.
- Create and manage editorial calendars aligned with campaign priorities, events, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Adapt messaging for different audiences, channels, and formats, including posts, videos, graphics, short-form content, and employee advocacy materials.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality, and adherence to corporate messaging standards.
- Champion the MyFirstAIJob campaign across owned TCS channels.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign and channel performance using social media analytics tools.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform future content and campaign strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize content, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated social media and content campaigns.
- Strong writing, communication, content-planning, and channel-specific messaging skills.
- Experience managing organic and paid social Campaigns, including targeting, budgets, creative coordination, measurement, and optimization.
- Experien ce managing online communities across major and emerging social platforms.
- Ability to use analytics, KPI reporting, insights, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, subject-matter experts, communications, marketing, legal, business stakeholders, and external agencies.
- Sound judgment and the ability to monitor, escalate, and coordinate responses to sensitive issues.
- Creativity, community-building expertise, attention to brand standards, and a data-driven mindset.
Salary Range: $82,200-$111,100 a year
