Responsibilities
Create high level product content strategies, including writing, proofreading, and editing high-quality UI text to help users easily navigate our products. Design content for products including new product flows, feature enhancements, category and feature naming, error messages and notifications, and occasional emails. Lead content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across the product. Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices, including balancing business requirements and customer needs in building features. Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders across different time zones. Review and provide feedback on the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across teams and time zones to define a cohesive narrative across the product. Synthesize internal and external feedback to improve content clarity and quality. Work closely with the Localization team and translators to ensure contents fit with the local markets.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Technical Writing, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Technical Writing, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Working with UX/UI designers and engineers to develop the UX/UI content, including modals, badges, banners, tool tips, error messages, site navigation, mobile applications content, desktop content, feature names, notifications, and emails; Creating and maintaining content strategy guidelines and terminology glossaries; Planning and facilitating user interviews, usability research, usability tests, A/B tests, and testing to validate content decisions; Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and translation team, to develop and ensure that UX/UI contents are localized to assist users navigate the product in a specific market; Using UX/UI design principles of consistency, context, hierarchy, accessibility, and usability to guide the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of UX/UI applications; and Using Figma to create user flows, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156915 - $168000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
