We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the review, enhancement, and management of customer-facing demo assets. This role combines content curation, narrative development, multimedia production, and repository governance to ensure high-quality, engaging, and compliant demo experiences for customers and internal stakeholders.

- Review and classify client-facing demo assets received from the customer environment, evaluating them across dimensions such as solution/product focus, industry use cases, experiential quality, technical environment, and usage model (e.g., self-serve vs. facilitated) to support effective customer engagements.
- Narrative Adaptation: Audit, collect, and reformat approved demo documentation for client use, ensuring alignment with established standards and formats. Develop business-focused narrative talk tracks and structured scripts that enable client Engagement Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality customer tours and demonstrations.
- Asset Production: Support the production and enhancement of client demo assets by securing video content (Youtube etc), creating and editing captions, performing basic video editing, developing visual thumbnails, maintaining customer quote decks, and building customized presentation materials in Google Slides. Create engaging training and enablement content, including recorded demos and live presentations, to improve the client demo experience.
- Repository Maintenance & Governance: Manage and maintain the client's centralized demo asset repository, conducting regular audits, monitoring content refresh cycles, identifying inventory gaps, and ensuring accurate documentation of demo assets over time. Partner closely with the XRX team and client stakeholders to ensure asset deployment and repository management comply with established governance standards

Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $95,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
