Introduction to role:

Are you ready to orchestrate an omnichannel content engine that accelerates impact for patients and healthcare teams? Do you thrive at the intersection of marketing operations, creative production, and technology, turning complexity into clarity and speed?

As Content Delivery Manager, you will be the primary partner to our brand teams, leading the coordination and execution of digital and print content that fuels launches, strengthens market presence, and upholds the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will connect marketing, creative studios, production partners, and asset management teams into a cohesive, high-performing delivery model that moves at pace and scales across campaigns.

In this role, you will evolve how we work-introducing AI-enabled capabilities, streamlining processes, and championing continuous improvement across the content supply chain. Your leadership will help ensure our science reaches the right audiences at the right time, supporting our ambition to transform outcomes in cancer care.

Accountabilities:
  • Brand and Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the market-facing content delivery partner to brand teams. Build trusted relationships across Marketing, Omnichannel, Creative, agencies, and production vendors to align on goals and translate business needs into clear production plans and delivery schedules.
  • Content Production and Delivery: Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of digital and print content. Orchestrate internal studios, delivery teams, and preferred production partners to deliver on time, within budget, and to rigorous quality and compliance standards-driving measurable commercial impact.
  • Content Operations and Asset Management: Partner with content library and DAM stakeholders to enforce governance, metadata, and discoverability. Increase reuse and speed by ensuring proper storage of source, working, and approved assets, with disciplined version control and archival aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Project and Work Management: Manage workflows and capacity using Adobe Workfront, JIRA, and enterprise tools. Maintain schedules, risks, dependencies, and priorities; drive transparency through accurate tracking and status reporting across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
  • Budget Stewardship: Oversee budget management for content delivery services allocated to brand teams, optimizing spend and vendor utilization while meeting performance and quality targets.
  • Operational Excellence and Transformation: Identify and implement process improvements that elevate efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience. Champion adoption of new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions; lead change that strengthens our content supply chain and ways of working.


Essential Skills/Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Content Delivery, Marketing Operations, Digital Production, Creative Operations, Agency Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively across matrixed and cross-functional organizations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills


Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, JIRA, DAM platforms, enterprise workflow tools, content governance and asset lifecycle best practices
  • Experience coordinating across internal creative studios, agencies, production vendors, and distributed delivery teams
  • Customer-focused, relationship-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working through change, transformation, and evolving ways of working
  • Curious and innovation-minded, with openness to AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and continuous improvement

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081.60 to $226,622.40. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
