Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Content & Creative Lead, working under limited supervision, is responsible for creating clear, compelling and consistent communication materials that support enterprise initiatives, executive messaging and employee engagement. This role develops presentations, content and collateral for enterprise communications and translates complex topics into clear visuals and messaging. The role supports visual storytelling across key communications and helps maintain consistency in tone, structure and quality across materials.

- Ensures consistency in tone, structure and quality across communication materials.
- Partners with communications colleagues and stakeholders to develop materials for enterprise initiatives, executive messaging and employee engagement.
- Uses PowerPoint, Canva and related tools to produce clear, polished communication materials.
Job Qualifications- 8 to 12+ years of experience in communications, content or creative roles.
- Strong presentation and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience developing content for enterprise or executive audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling messaging.
- PowerPoint and Canva skills essential.
- Video and video editing skills highly preferred, including the ability to support quick-turnaround video needs.
Location Hybrid - defined as working three or more days per week in the office if the employee's residence is within 50 miles of Westfield Center, OH; or Remote - if the employee resides more than 50 miles from Westfield Center, OH.
