Full Job Description
The Opportunity
Ally is seeking a Content Architect to help build the future of how consumers discover, engage with, and learn about our products in an AI-first world.

The Content Architect serves as a connector across marketing, product, analytics, technology, legal, compliance, and communications teams to turn emerging AI search opportunities into scalable programs and measurable results. Success in this role requires someone who creates clarity from complexity and can move large initiatives from idea to execution through influence rather than direct authority. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a builder's mindset, helping teams align around shared goals and driving meaningful progress across the organization.

By bringing together many stakeholders around a common vision and roadmap, the Content Architect helps Ally adapt to evolving consumer behaviors and emerging discovery channels. This role identifies opportunities and builds the processes and operating models needed to scale them. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who enjoys solving new problems, building capabilities from the ground up, and shaping how Ally competes in rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven environments.
The Work Itself
  • Identify and lead high-impact initiatives that improve how Ally reaches consumers across emerging discovery channels by increasing AI search mentions and citations.

  • Build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities and varying perspectives.

  • Champion adoption of new ways of working and encourage continuous improvement across teams.

  • Use data, customer insights, market trends, and business priorities to identify opportunities and guide decisions.

  • Ensure initiatives are tied to meaningful business impact, including customer engagement, acquisition, efficiency, and growth.

  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and strategic updates.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in areas such as content strategy, digital strategy, product marketing, business operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.

  • Proven ability aligning teams across UX, analytics, editorial, marketing, legal/compliance and technology

  • Strong knowledge of how content is discovered across traditional and AI-powered discovery (SEO fundamentals plus GEO concepts such as entity optimization, structured data, retrieval signals.)

  • Experience leading complex initiatives in areas such as content strategy, digital strategy, product marketing, business operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence rather than direct authority.

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes.

  • Experience translating insights, business needs, and organizational priorities into actionable programs and measurable results.

  • Experience in financial services, technology, digital products, or highly regulated industries.

  • Experience leading organizational change, transformation programs, or enterprise-wide initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
