We9re hiring a Content & Growth Lead to help our senior leaders develop their thought leadership and online presence.
What you9ll do:
- Work closely with leaders to turn their ideas and expertise into published content.
- Grow their audiences across the platforms that matter, like LinkedIn, X, and Substack, with a real understanding of how they work.
- Find new formats and ideas to reach and engage people, and test what works.
- Identify the channels and opportunities to extend their reach, including PR and speaking engagements.
- Support the coordination of events.
- Track what9s working and lean into it.
- Use AI tools daily to draft, research, and work faster.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in content, growth, or communications.
- Strong editorial judgment, with the ability to help leaders turn their expertise into clear, compelling content.
- A real understanding of how audiences grow on LinkedIn, X, and Substack.
- A bias for experimenting, testing new formats and ideas to see what works.
- Hands-on experience growing an audience.
- Comfortable supporting several leaders and priorities at once.
- Fluent and fast with AI tools.
- Hybrid, based in Toronto.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
Benefits- Salary $85,000- $105,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
