  • Maintain a current, organized point of view on consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive brand positioning.
  • Curate and evaluate third-party research vendors, panels, and data sources to ensure the team has access to best-in-class tools and data.

Brand & Consumer Understanding
  • Serve as the organization's subject-matter expert on consumer attitudes, behaviors, needs, and perceptions related to Samsung products and the Samsung brand.
  • Build and maintain core measurement frameworks (e.g., brand health tracking, usage & attitude studies, customer satisfaction/NPS, purchase journey mapping) to monitor shifts over time.
  • Develop consumer segmentation and personas that inform targeting, messaging, and product strategy.
  • Translate complex research and data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations tailored to marketing, brand, and executive audiences.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including corporate marketing leadership.

  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of research initiatives against budget, timeline, and organizational priorities.
