About the role
The Consumer Insights Lead, Digestive Health (DH) is a strategic business partner responsible for transforming consumer, market, and performance data into actionable insights that drive category growth, innovation, and commercial decision-making. This role sits in the US Consumer & Business Insights and Analytics team, and is at the intersection of consumer understanding, analytics, and business strategy, enabling data-driven decisions across marketing, innovation, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end consumer and business insights strategy for the very dynamic DH category (including rapid relief, and fiber solutions), shaping growth opportunities and portfolio direction.
Translate complex consumer, market, and performance data into clear, business-driving recommendations.
Partner closely with Marketing, Innovation, Sales, and Finance to influence brand strategy, product development, and go-to-market decisions.
Provide strategic leadership and shape culture in partnership with the General Manager, combining business leadership with a regional perspective to align priorities, strengthen collaboration, and drive high performance across markets.
Identify emerging consumer needs, cultural shifts, and category trends to unlock future growth.
Demonstrates a high curiosity toward the consumer
Champion advanced analytics and digital data ecosystems, integrating traditional research with digital, social, and first-party data sources.
Advance agile and next-generation insights approaches (including AI-based methodologies) to enhance speed, precision, predictability and impact
Drive agile learning agendas and test-and-learn approaches to accelerate decision speed.
Elevate insight storytelling and foster a consumer-centric culture across the organization.
Lead and develop agency partnerships and cross-functional collaboration both with local and global internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
10 years of experience in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Strategy, or related fields within CPG, ideally including healthcare, wellness, or adjacent industries.
Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex consumer, market, and performance data into actionable business recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor to cross-functional partners.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments with Marketing, Innovation, Sales, Finance, or related teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree (Master’s of PhD).
Experience in healthcare, wellness, digestive health, or adjacent consumer health categories.
Strategic and business-driven mindset with demonstrated commercial impact.
Forward-looking, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and identify opportunities before they surface.
Agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments and working with ambiguity.
Deep curiosity about consumers and ability to connect human insights with business outcomes.
Outstanding insight storytelling skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic action.
Passion for digital transformation, data innovation, AI-enabled methodologies, and modern insight tools.
Ability to build strong partnerships, foster alignment, and drive collaboration across diverse teams.

Location: This is a hybrid-based position in Warren, NJ, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.
The Salary Range for this role is $148,648 – $204,391 USD + an 18% target bonus.
