Full Job Description
We are looking for a Consumer Engagement Specialist who will help elevate our impact across North America. Reporting directly to the PA&A Marketing Team Lead, you will work hand-in-hand with the brand team, dealer marketing, social, digital, events, partnerships and PR and our broad network of partners to bring our major initiatives to life. You will help manage and execute our major brand activations, go-to market initiatives, and community tactics.

This role is for someone who thrives when managing projects efficiently, executing and delivering large scale initiatives, and bringing structure to cross-functional activations. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Support the consumer engagement lead, and other key team members with the execution of the North American go-to-market plan.
  • Coordinate briefs, project kick offs and manage 360 initiatives with the required cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Coordinate the deployment and optimization of promotional campaigns across North America.
  • Work with partners to manage production and distribution of promotional point of purchase (POP) materials.
  • Ensure all executions are aligned with the global brand strategy, visual brand identity and other brand standards.
  • Clearly communicate and provide updates on project status, proactively addressing roadblocks and finding solutions.
  • Track and report on performance during performance reviews.
  • Act as a strategic connector between Parts, Accessories and Apparel, and key cross-functional teams, including Consumer Engagement, Global Brand, Dealer Marketing, Retail Environment, Retail Operations, Legal and channel experts
  • Track projects budget and timelines to deliver on brief, on time, and within budget.

  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or with English-only speakers on a daily basis.
