This role requires a strong program management foundation to oversee multiple concurrent projects across the enterprise, with the ability to analyze data, build alignment, and support the implementation of meaningful organizational improvements.
The Program Manager plays an important role in supporting the alignment and activation of the ICCE Accountability Management Program, helping to connect division-level execution to enterprise-level initiatives that reflect MUSC Health's strategic priorities. This role embraces a forward-looking mindset, drawing on data-driven methodologies and emerging technologies - including intelligent automation and artificial intelligence (AI) - to continuously improve clinical and operational performance across the health system.
As a vital member of the Office of the CEO, the Program Manager of Consulting and Service Delivery supports the alignment and activation of ICCE Accountability Management Program, and the connection to enterprise level initiatives that support our strategic intent.
