This is a client-facing advisory and transformation consulting role, not a traditional delivery/program management position. The focus is on helping insurance carriers define strategy, transform operations, and modernize technology platforms.
Experience with insurance platforms such as:
• Guidewire
• Duck Creek
• Majesco
Knowledge of:
• Policy Administration Systems
• Billing Platforms
• Distribution Management Systems
• Insurance technology modernization programs
Required Skills:
• 5-10 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
• Experience working with Tier-1 insurance carriers
• Strong exposure to:
• Underwriting
• Claims
• Policy Administration
• Risk Management
• Distribution Operations
Advisory & Consulting Skills
• Insurance transformation consulting
• Business analysis and process optimization
• Operating model design
• Technology strategy and roadmap development
