Work You'll Do

As an MHA Consultant, you'll work with diverse global clients across the provider, health plan, and life sciences industries. You will have a variety of client-facing responsibilities such as analyzing issues, interviewing staff, formulating, and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

Consultants will work with teams on activities such as the following:
  • Help clients address the massive shifts taking place in the competitive global landscape of healthcare and life sciences.
  • Provide guidance and make strategic recommendations to help clients understand the shifts and trends happening within all aspects of healthcare and life sciences.
  • Enable rapid redesign of business processes to help clients achieve greater efficiencies and adapt their business models to industry changes.
  • Work with clients around the world with diverse needs, and help them develop and implement innovative, data-driven solutions that fit within their organizational models and enhance their business' processes and performance.
  • Conduct high-level analyses and communicate findings with others.
  • Lead and work collaboratively with a team.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring or Summer 2027 or have completed one of the following Master's degree or higher (or a related/equivalent program): MHA, MPH, MHSA, MSN with a focus in Health Informatics
  • Strong academic track record
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate is $105,000.
