Work You'll Do

As a Technology Transformation Analyst, you'll join a dynamic team helping clients solve complex business challenges through enterprise technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will help guide clients through their technology transformation journeys by leveraging cutting edge technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, increase agility, and create lasting business impact.

Your work will include:
  • Automating business processes with AI and intelligent workflow solutions to drive efficiency and innovation
  • Using AI tools and agents to help assess current state processes, design future state models, and identify gaps
  • Implementing enterprise-wide cloud and application transformations to drive business growth and value with lasting impact
  • Deploying advanced data analytics platforms that enable actionable insights and smarter decision making
  • Integrating digital tools seamlessly to enable unified, future-ready ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in transforming business processes through agentic AI and enterprise technology solutions
  • Use AI tools to build prompts, skills and workflow enhancements that improve process design and execution
  • Conduct current state assessments, future state process design, gap analysis, workflow optimization, testing, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver innovative, client-centric technology solutions across packages and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, and ServiceNow
  • Leverage data-driven insights and technical expertise to enable successful, sustainable business transformation
  • Drive user adoption and change management, ensuring technology investments align with client business objectives

Required Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors or a related/equivalent program:
    • Information Systems
    • Business
    • Computer Science
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain and Operations
    • Human Resources
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.3 cumulative GPA preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
