POSITION OVERVIEWTechnical Assent is seeking a
Consultant - Workforce Analytics & Human Capital and problem solver to support workforce and organizational improvement initiatives for government clients. The ideal candidate is a versatile generalist who can analyze data, understand business processes, work with stakeholders, and turn complex problems into practical solutions.
Responsibilities - Support workforce, organizational, and operational assessments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct process mapping and document current and future-state workflows.
- Work with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop practical recommendations.
- Gather, organize, and validate quantitative and qualitative information.
- Conduct interviews, working sessions, and research to support consulting engagements.
- Develop reports, presentations, process maps, data analyses, and other client deliverables.
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support process improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with consulting teams and client stakeholders.
Requirements- Must be a U.S. Citizen and currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and able to work onsite as required.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, business analysis, organizational effectiveness, operations, workforce analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a management consultant and problem solver, with the ability to work across a variety of business and organizational challenges.
- Experience with data analytics and interpreting data to support business decisions.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with clients and team members.
Preferred Skills- Experience with quantitative research, including sampling methodologies and data collection.
- Experience with Qualtrics configuration and survey development.
- Workforce analysis or workforce planning experience.
- Experience supporting federal government or large-enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data-analysis and visualization tools.
Physical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Close vision is required.
WHAT WE OFFER- Salary: $100,000-$115,000 annuallycommensurate with experience
