As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Customer Strategy and Design team, you will be responsible for...

• Support product management activities for rapid prototyping client solutions, including backlog upkeep, prioritization support, and delivery coordination
• Refine business and functional requirements and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Coordinate defect triage, track issue resolution, and support release readiness activities across product increments
• Partner with stakeholders, designers, and delivery team members to align product needs, testing activities, and implementation priorities
• Support user acceptance testing by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and documenting decisions and next steps

Our Customer Strategy & Design team discovers, designs, and prototypes customer growth strategies and innovation portfolios.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience supporting product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery
• 2+ years of experience refining requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs in an Agile environment
• 1+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release readiness activities
• 1+ years of experience documenting functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process workflows
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), human services, or eligibility system initiatives
• Experience working with federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
• Experience using Jira for backlog, defect, or sprint management
• Experience supporting rapid prototyping, minimum viable product, or service design efforts

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,600 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
