Work You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day project administration, including tracking milestones and deliverables, maintaining the risk/issue log, liaising with subcontractors, and reviewing invoices
  • Support the project manager with financial administration and reporting
  • Support strategy/business functions, including developing materials and facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings
  • Maintain team access to critical client tools for ongoing collaboration activities and support team members in navigating client systems and credentialing processes
  • Lead high-visibility client meetings, facilitating status updates, biweekly sprint reviews and demos, and quarterly strategy meetings with the client
