What will your typical day look like?

Project Specialists are project delivery experts who work closely with consulting team members to deliver high-quality client solutions. The team focuses on project management excellence and agile delivery throughout the entire project life cycle. They also drive the creation of core project management standards, deliverables, and tools used across projects and programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Support end-to-end project delivery using project management and agile methodologies
  • Partner with cross-functional consulting teams to execute project plans and meet client objectives
  • Develop and maintain core project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk logs
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, and tools
  • Monitor project progress and identify issues, risks, and dependencies
  • Assist in managing stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements
  • Support program-level coordination across multiple workstreams when required


Please note: This role requires approximately 80% travel.

The Senior Consultant/Manager reports to the Project Leaders within National Technology & Transformation.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on project management and implementation experience using waterfall and/or agile delivery frameworks, including managing timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional teams.
  • 2-3 years of delivery experience in a consulting environment (asset), with exposure to client-facing engagements, solution delivery, and multi-project coordination.
  • Working toward or having completed professional project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPM, or other relevant credentials that demonstrate commitment to project management excellence.
  • Advanced knowledge of project and program management disciplines, including developing schedules, managing risks and issues, conducting status reporting, and applying quality management practices across both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience supporting business transformation and technology enablement initiatives, with an understanding of system implementation challenges, integration considerations, and technology-related risks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present project status clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels-from team members to senior leadership-tailoring messaging to the audience.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to identify critical details, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure high-quality deliverables while keeping the overall project vision and objectives in mind.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, support decision-making, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.


It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have's as well:

  • Proficiency in French would be an asset


Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000 for consultant and $80,000 - $138,000 for senior consultant, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
