You will use your business and client knowledge while partnering with the Engagement Leader, Manager, Associate, and Analyst to tackle pricing management challenges.

Responsibilities

Analytics:

• Partner with internal and external members of client project team to identify and define all analytical needs of a project.
• Perform highly complex analytics and pricing diagnostics on large transaction datasets.
• Formulate business case hypotheses and perform subsequent tests against datasets to identify profit opportunities.
• Provide analytic expertise on pricing excellence initiatives.
• Oversee data validation work of Associates and Business Analysts.

Client Interaction:

• Participate in client meetings and discussions.
• Lead project team calls.
• Participate in change management and sales training sessions.

Other Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify process improvements and opportunities for our business.
• Participate in all company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, MBA preferred.
• 5 years related working experience.
• Knowledge of B2B manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Pricing experience a plus.
• A high degree of proficiency is required in a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite (with high proficiency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint), SharePoint, OneNote.

Travel:

• Episodic travel, up to 35%, dependent on client needs.
