Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software configuration, implementation, or support, specifically Infor IPS/Hansen preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server) with the ability to write or interpret SQL queries.
• Understanding of public-sector workflows like permitting and licensing, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in realizing business benefits from Infor solutions.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects for Infor applications.
• Lead the gathering of information and design processes to develop functional requirements and solution scope.
• Configure client-specific business solutions according to their needs.
• Develop and execute testing plans for software configurations to ensure quality.
• Provide training sessions for users, including key stakeholders and end users.
• Advise on best practices and provide consultancy during implementation phases.
