Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Seven years of professional experience, including five years with MS Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau or Power BI.
• Three years of experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose business problems are essential.
• Willingness to travel to various workplaces throughout the U.S. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with client personnel and practice leads at the appropriate levels.
• Deliver quality services consistently while managing risks and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Stay informed about current business and industry trends relevant to clients.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and assimilate new knowledge efficiently.
• Communicate complex insurance operational issues effectively.
• Collaborate with solution development teams to ensure requirements are met for development.
• Develop PowerPoint and Excel presentations to support strategic recommendations.
