We are seeking a
Digital Advisory Consultant to lead large-scale Microsoft Copilot adoption and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This strategic consulting role combines business analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, and value realization to help organizations successfully integrate AI into the way people work.
As a Digital Advisory Consultant, you will guide clients through every stage of their Copilot journey, from adoption strategy and workforce enablement to governance, measurement, and long-term business value realization. Leveraging Microsoft frameworks, change management methodologies, and AI transformation best practices, you will help clients drive productivity, foster innovation, and build responsible, secure AI-powered organizations.

What you'll do- Lead the identification and prioritization of business cases based on impact and feasibility
- Design and execute Microsoft Copilot adoption strategies aligned with business transformation objectives
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and propose practical action plans
- Develop enablement, engagement, and internal communication strategies
- Engage stakeholders to monitor progress and optimize adoption based on metrics
- Apply Microsoft frameworks for value planning and success measurement.
Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years professional experience
- 1+ years experience leading Copilot adoption engagements
- 1+ years experience in AI use case engineering and workshop facilitation
- Ability to map KPIs and develop executive value narratives
- Knowledge of persona analysis and AI-optimized workflows
- Experience with Prompt Pattern Labs and AI usage best practices
- Proficiency with tools such as the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, and Adoption Score
- Knowledge of AI security and responsible AI use, including the development of guidelines and playbooks
- Ability to promote Microsoft's responsible AI principles
- Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or change management
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci
- Advanced English proficiency for working in global environments
