What You Will Achieve

This role inherits a portfolio of programs that have achieved significant maturity, enterprise credibility, and measurable impact that have been validated through external assessments, industry recognition, and broad adoption across Dell's global business. The position partners closely with Global Security Operations leadership, the OFC, Cyber Security, HR, Global Mobility, EHS, Risk & Insurance, Government Affairs, Insider Risk, and regional security leaders while maintaining active engagement with external networks across the private sector and U.S. government security communities. You will advance the maturity and enterprise impact of security programs that protect Dell team members globally, ensure alignment with Dell's security framework, and enable informed, timely decision-making during incidents and crises through:

Responsibilities

You will:
  • Enterprise Program Stewardship + Strategic Leadership: Assume ownership of Dell's global Duty of Care and people-risk programs at their current level of maturity and credibility, with accountability for sustaining excellence, advancing program capability, and delivering consistent outcomes across regions, functions, and operating environments
  • Enterprise Relationships + External Network: Serve as a visible internal advocate for Corporate Security programs across HR, Global Mobility, Government Affairs, Insider Risk, EHS, and business leadership while maintaining an active external network spanning private sector peers, U.S. government partners, and intelligence-sharing communities to keep Dell's programs current and credible
  • Incident + Crisis Leadership: Serve as senior escalation point for material team-member incidents and crises, including those requiring rapid, non-standard response. This includes integrating with the OFC to support executive-level decision-making, communications, and business continuity outcomes
  • Governance, Standards + Sustained Risk Reduction: Establish and govern enterprise policies and operating models for team-member safety programs; drive continued improvement through KRIs, trend analysis, and remediation initiatives that deliver durable, measurable reductions in enterprise risk
