Job Description:Please Note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this roleThe RoleAs a Consultant, Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving complex product initiatives forward within the TEM Product Area. This role operates as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, responsible for leading end-to-end business analysis across multi-team epics and sub-initiatives.
You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner closely across Product, Distribution, Technology, and Operations. You are not expected to perform technical implementation; however, you must be highly systems- and data-literate to guide delivery and influence decisions.

Experience & Background
Product Development & Business Analysis Experience:- 7+ years of experience supporting product development through strong business analysis in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments.
- Ability to drive tactical initiatives, through implementation, of a product strategy/roadmap
- Self-directed and motivated to stretch outside comfort zone and learn and apply new skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience leading epics or large initiatives in Agile environments.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
