Full Job Description
Qualifications:
  • 3 years experience working in heavy civil and/or industrial construction with in-depth knowledge of processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Must have experience in large scale construction projects involving water infrastructure, industrial construction, complex earth moving, and/or large civil transportation projects
  • Must be currently living in the Greater St. Louis area.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in a leadership role.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget
  • Enforce safety and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Keep all parties updated on project progress and concerns
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly, making decisions that align with project objectives and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and any relevant documentation
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues, manage quality control, and ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders
  • Manage the on-site company workforce to ensure proper training, compliance with company policies and procedures, and give ongoing performance feedback

Compensation: The starting compensation range is $90,000 to $130,000. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
