We are looking for a
Construction Superintendent with strong experience to support utility-scale renewable projects including solar, BESS, and wind. In this role, you will lead onsite coordination, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, support quality control efforts, and keep construction activities running safely and efficiently. What You'll DoPlanning and Execution- Review work plans, means and methods, safety procedures, and schedules for electrical and general construction scopes.
- Monitor the arrival, staging, and storage of electrical equipment and permanent materials.
- Track progress against key milestones and collaborate with EPC partners to adjust plans when required.
Permit Compliance- Examine required construction/building permit inspections and ensure proper permit closeout documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure environmental compliance requirements are being effectively met.
- Oversee receiving permanent material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper guidelines for handling, staging, and storage are followed.
Quality, Compliance, and Documentation- Participate in punch list, mechanical completion, and substantial completion walk-downs.
- Support inspections, environmental compliance reviews, and permit closeout activities.
- Identify recurring inspection issues and coordinate with the team on whether corrective action is needed.
- Understand Inspection and Test Plans and notify QC personnel of required inspections or hold points.
- Maintain thorough documentation of onsite activities, decisions, and site conditions.
Project Oversight and Problem Solving- Conduct periodic verifications, examinations, and surveillance of all the necessary phases of the Care and Maintenance program.
- Participate in and review root cause analysis as required to ensure corrective/preventative actions are generated and implemented.
- Think creatively and provide strategic ideas and solutions regarding field operations.
- Recognize and mitigate risks in contracts, technical specs, and operations.
- Act as the Company's project site representative, maintaining positive interactions with project stakeholders, including clients, utility representatives, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), and community members.

- Contribute to Operation Reviews, Operation Observations, Operation Shutdowns, and Time Analysis as necessary.
Who You Are- Experienced construction professional with background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast-paced field environment.
- Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
- Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools.
- Safety trained for field work (OSHA 10).
- Willing and able to travel to project sites across the United States.
- High school diploma required and additional coursework or a degree is preferred.
