Description

Due to growth and expansion, we are adding a Quality Manager to lead quality efforts across active and upcoming projects. This is a field-driven role where your understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and trade coordination will help ensure we build it right the first time. In this position, you will report to our Corporate Quality Director and work closely with the local leadership team to support project teams in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple project teams in developing and implementing site-specific quality plans.
  • Interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor construction quality and assist teams with daily quality-related tasks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and document quality challenges.
  • Share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and reduce rework.
  • Troubleshoot technical and constructability issues.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Develop piping and equipment testing plans.
  • Track and report on project KPIs to support quality improvement.
  • Coach teams on quality reporting and help identify recurring issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design partners.
  • Lead quality training and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Contribute to project planning and documentation from a quality perspective.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years in quality program planning and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or electrical), construction management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for promoting quality as a core project value.
  • Proven experience drafting and implementing project-specific quality plans.
