RQ Construction, LLC is seeking experienced
Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCM) to support our Field Operations teams. This opportunity is currently supporting work at
Camp Lejeune, NC. This is a fully on-site role and may require travel or relocation depending on project demands, with preference given to candidates local to the project area.
In this role, the CQCM will oversee and administer the project-specific Quality Control Program to ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and USACE standards. Responsibilities include coordinating inspections and testing activities, maintaining quality documentation and RMS/QCS reporting, supporting field and self-perform construction operations, and working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with established quality standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of building strong working relationships while supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 - $125,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience

Qualifications- Ten or more years of experience within the commercial construction industry or related fields, including experience in positions such as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer
- Minimum of two years serving specifically in a Construction Quality Control Manager role
- Current USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification required
- Experience with RMS/QCS systems preferred, though training may be provided
- Previous experience supporting runway or airfield construction projects is preferred
- Specialty inspection certifications, training, or related licenses are highly valued
- LEED Accredited Professional or LEED Green Associate credentials are preferred
- Required certifications include EM 385-1-1 Level 1, OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid; company-sponsored training may be available if needed
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, are required
- Experience using project management and construction software platforms such as Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS is preferred
