Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Quality Manager in power generation or heavy industrial construction projects.
• HRSG construction experience is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant ASME, NBIC, and AWS codes and specifications.
• Familiarity with pressure parts, piping, structural steel, and welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and inspection plans.
• Experience collaborating with Authorized Inspectors and customer quality reps.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HRSG construction quality program effectively.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project quality plans and procedures.
• Oversee adherence to welding quality control and documentation standards.
• Coordinate inspection activities across various construction aspects.
• Ensure appropriate Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) practices are followed.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and surveillances as needed.
• Lead and mentor site quality control personnel to foster a quality culture.
