Job Overview & ResponsibilitiesThe Construction Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of construction projects across PT Solutions, including renovations, relocations, and de novo developments. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with organizational objectives. A key component of this position is ensuring all construction activities meet applicable regulatory and compliance readiness standards.
The Construction Manager is accountable for quality, consistency, and operational readiness across all phases of construction execution on assigned projects. This role also requires strong communication skills to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders in support of practice-wide strategic priorities. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned construction projects, including renovations, relocations, and de novo developments.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Project Management team to support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee timely and accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting for all construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
- Manage project timelines and execution to ensure milestones are met in accordance with organizational priorities.
- Execute construction activities with minimal disruption to clinical operations, when applicable, through proactive planning and coordination.
- Ensure all construction projects meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and readiness standards, including state specific construction best practices and construction specific compliance requirements.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders and leadership throughout all phases of project delivery.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Window-based applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be readily available to assist internal and external stakeholders and maintain high level of responsiveness.
- Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities and crises to handle a heavy workload.
- Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations including project permitting processes.
- Ability to travel frequently up to 30% (but not limited to) of the time to perform responsibilities
Required Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate development, or capital projects, with healthcare or outpatient services experience as a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site construction portfolios, including renovations, relocations, and ground-up development projects.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and vendor relationships.
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with responsibility for coordinating multiple internal stakeholders.
- PMP certification, LEED accreditation, or similar credentials preferred but not required.
- Understanding of construction delivery methods, permitting processes, and healthcare operational considerations
- Prior experience within PTS or a similar multi-site healthcare organization preferred
