The Construction Senior Project Manager, acting as the Owner's Representative, is directly responsible for the successful completion of construction projects, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare construction, within the established project budget and schedule. The Sr. PM's responsibility for the project starts during the planning/design phase, through bidding/award/construction/closeout phase, and into the warranty period with a successful transition to maintenance/operations. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or Relevant field
- Ten (10) plus years of related experience in facilities planning, construction maintenance management, finance, & operations involving Medical Healthcare institutional/commercial projects.
- Must have experience in managing healthcare projects ranging from $10-$30M.
- Proficiency using Procore or similar, MS Project, and other Microsoft products.
